Domestic Shipping Policies
Due to regulations being placed on mail order companies by VISA and MC, we will only ship to the actually "Billing" address of a credit card being used for payment and "Verified" Paypal addresses. We realize this may be a problem for some customers, unfortunately, we will not be able to ship to a second address. Most Post Offices are open on Saturdays and UPS customer counters are many times open late so that you can pickup the items at those locations if you can not take delivery at the billing address.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

Domestic Shipping Rates
Domestic USPS and UPS Shipping rates are shown when you are ready to check out. Once you enter your address(including zip code) then the live shipping quotes will be shown. Rates are based on total weight of the shipment shipping from Jackson, MI and destination address.

International Orders
We currently DO NOT accept credit card OR PayPal payments for International orders. We DO accept Crypto Currencies, International Money Orders and Skrill.com(Moneybookers.com) payments. Crypto: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin and Primecoin.
We can give you a custom quote for shipping rates as long as you give us a complete list of products you will be ordering and the shipping address. This includes all international orders.

Product Returns
Please be sure of the products you are buying. We will accept items that are in New/resellable condition within 14 days of receipt/delivery for full product price refund, we can not refund shipping charges from us or back to us unless it was our mistake. Any items that have been opended and installed will not be accepted as new and subject to fees related to the repair or replacement of the items. This includes Kits that have been started or ran or missing documentation. For defective products, please see warranty policies below.

If somehow we sent the wrong items we will gladly make it right with you. We will pay for shipment of the product back to us and making an exchange back to you or refund your funds.

Returns on products that involve custom work will NOT be accepted. We go over all custom work before it leaves the shop. We check to make sure that each and every product is in perfect working order. We also check all custom paint work. If we dont like something, we dont ship it.


We Will Absolutely NOT issue a Partial Refund without having the product returned. The item must be checked in and inspected for defects or damage before a credit/refund is issued. Please see below for warranty issues.


Warranty Issues
All warranty issues are handled directly with the Manufactures! This is at their request. We can not send any items in for you. Situations where a product has damage and the packaging is intact are considered a manufacturing issue. Please contact the manufacture for replacement parts.

We are also, NOT responsible for any damages that may be caused by the use of the products we sell. Yes, hot coffee is "Hot" coffee, Fuel will burn and nitro(and now brushless) cars can hurt people.


Backorder Policies
We do not allow backorders at this time for item other than PR Racing products. This means that if a product is out of stock, it is not in-stock. If the item is out we probably have it on order with our supplier(s) and it will be in shortly. Please do not ask when the products will be in. Most of the time our suppliers have no clue either. Most items are back in-stock with in a week or so. We will also do our best to post expected "In-Stock" dates when available.


Pre-Orders/Special Orders
In some cases we normally do not stock an item that is listed on our website, however, you can place an order for it and we will do our best to get it to you within 14 business days. This depends on the general demand for the item.

Items that have not been released but are expected shortly will be made available as "Pre-Order". If you place an order for these items, we will ship it as soon as the items arrive. You will be expected to make payment when "Pre-Ordering".

 

 Payment Methods

Over the years, we've had a lot of questions on payment methods. With the info below, we will try to anwser most of them...

 

Domestic(U.S.A) Orders:

We currently offer the following methods of payment:

Money order: You can send us a money order for the order total plus the shipping fees that are shown in your shopping cart. Please include the shipping method that corresponds to that amount as we will check this when processing.

Credit Cards: We are currently using Paypal for credit card processing....and they process all card info, we never store your card info!


*** In an effort to prevent credit card fraud, we will be instituting the following policies. ***

1. We use the Address Verification System(AVS), if your credit card billing address does not match the address used on the order, your order may be delayed while we try to re-verify. We will not be responsible for delays due to address mis-matches and can cancel the order if there the contact info you have provided is not correct.

2. The Shipping address for any order placed MUST match the billing address of the card being used. The billing address is the address where the cards billing statements are sent. If you have trouble with this, please call your card company and have them set the "Billing" address as many times they have it set as a "Default" address which gives us an mis-match error. We have cases where even the card company will say that there is nothing they need to do but yet if we run the card again it goes though and now has the correct address for the billing address.

3. We do not accept international credit card orders at this time, No exceptions.

Paypal: We accept Paypal on orders with valid Paypal addresses....so if Paypal had verified your payment address, we should have no issues shipping your order ASAP.

CryptoCoins: Yes, we accept Bitcoin/Ravencoin/Ether/BitcoinCash/and others for all orders.

Cash($ USD): We don't promote this as a safe way to get your transactions done as there are many ways your cash can not find it's way in our door, but if we do happen to get it and there is contact info with it, we will accept it.

 

International (Outside the U.S.A) Orders:

We currently offer the following methods of payment:

Money order/Bank Draft/Bank Check: You can send us a money order for the order total plus the shipping fees. Please contact us for shipping fee amounts.

VISA/Mastercard: We DO NOT accept any credit card orders shipping to non-US addresses and from non-US accounts. We are looking at a couple providers that offer a better service.

Paypal: We accept Paypal for international orders where Paypal provides "Seller Protection". If they don't offer it we won't allow this form of payment.

CryptoCoins: Yes, we accept Bitcoin/Ravencoin/Ether/BitcoinCash/and others for all orders.

Cash($ USD): We don't promote this as a safe way to get your transactions done as there are many ways your cash can not find it's way in our door, but if we do happen to get it and there is contact info with it, we will accept it. Must be in US Dollars!!!

Credit Cards: We DO NOT accept any credit cards for international order nor do we accpet Non-US based cards/Accounts.

Personal Checks: ABSOLUTLY NO PERSONAL CHECKS OF ANY KIND!


We are also looking into several other payment methods....however, the above listed methods are currently the only methods we allow.
